The Proportionality Press explores how we can improve collective decisions and public conversations using clear, principled approaches. This website showcases practical approaches to selecting content that reflects a broad range of perspectives.

We focus on the selection of representative comments from online discussions, — a Reddit thread or the comment section beneath a news article for instance. Rather than simply highlighting only the most liked or most recent contributions, we apply voting-based methods to explore different ways of selecting representative comments.
